Hilary talked me through an emotionally challenging character. The character I played went through one of the worst kinds of trauma one can deal with in war, and Hilary helped me find truth in that moment, helping me with one of my favorite and proudest moments in my acting journey.

Hilary's acting background and extensive training and experience as a director have equipped her to understand the actor’s journey through creating character. She collaborates with the actor to focus on history and relationships which add dimension to the moments that make up a story. And did I mention she is fun?

I really cannot say enough about Hilary as an acting coach.  She changed the way I think about approaching auditions and how I work on my characters.  I booked both roles I went out for after working with her, and I know it was because of her direction and advice.  I will always come to her when I have an audition or new role to work on!
